The Ferrari 458 Spyder is the natural progression from the hard-top 458 Italia. You can forget all thoughts of the convertible version being worse to drive than the Coupe, because in our humble opinion, it is actually better! It features a aluminium folding hard-top that weighs less than the soft roof on the previous model, the F430 Spider.

The only difference in performance is a slightly lower top speed than the 458 Italia, other than that, the performance figures are identical! Many people consider the 458 to be the ultimate performance car, combining superb agility with a glorious V8 soundtrack that is just so distinctive. The combination of the 4.5 litre V8 engine and 7 speed F1 gearbox married to a dual-clutch transmission is one that will put a smile on every petrol-head's face!
