Please read these terms carefully before booking with Vitesse Supercars

Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid UK driving license held for a minimum of 2 years is required.
Drivers must be aged 25 or over (some vehicles may require 30+).
A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.
Insurance excess applies to all rentals unless waived with additional coverage.

Vehicle Usage

Vehicles must be driven within the UK only unless prior arrangement is made.
Mileage limits apply as specified in your rental agreement.
Vehicles must not be used for racing, rallying, or any illegal activities.
Smoking, vaping, and pets are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Any damage, however minor, must be reported immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14+ days before rental: Full refund.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before rental: 10% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before rental: 30% admin fee.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of our cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the rental start date.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards.
Security deposits are held on credit/debit card and released within 7-14 days.
Additional charges may apply for excess mileage, late returns, or damage.

Insurance & Liability

Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals.
Excess amounts vary by vehicle.
Renters are liable for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period.
Traffic violations and fines are the responsibility of the renter.

General Conditions

Vehicles must be returned clean and with the same fuel level as collected.
Late returns may incur additional charges at our standard daily rate.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
